Mrs. Anchustegui began her teaching career at Soda Springs High School and has been teaching at St. Joe’s since 1980. She earned a B.S. in Business Education with a Minor in Social Studies along with a teaching certificate for K-8 and certificates for high school business
math and social studies. In 2007, Mrs. Anchustegui earned her Standard Catechist Certificate from the Diocese of Boise through Gonzaga University.
