Mrs. Baccay began substitute teaching in 1999 and has been teaching at St. Joe’s since 2003. She earned her B.S. in Elementary Education with an endorsement in English as a Second Language from the College of Idaho. Mrs. Baccay
is an alumna of Sacred Heart
Catholic School and Bishop Kelly
High School. In 2008,
she earned her Standard Catechist Certificate from the Diocese of Boise through Gonzaga University.
