Mrs. Bicandi came to St. Joseph’s in 2002 after retiring from a 33 year career in the Boise Independent School District. While working on the public school system she held the position of Administrator at East Junior High for 15 years, was a counselor at North Junior High for 15 years, and taught for three years. Mrs. Bicandi holds an Associate’s Degree from Boise College, a B.S. of Elementary Education & Secondary English and History from University of Idaho, a Masters of Guidance and Counseling from Idaho State University and a Education Specialist Degree from the University of Idaho. In 2007, Mrs. Bicandi earned her Standard Catechist Certificate from the Diocese of Boise through Gonzaga University.
