Mrs. Skinner began her teaching career at St. Joe’s in 1990. She earned her B.S. degree in Elementary Education from Boise State University in 1989. She is an alumna of St. Joseph’s Catholic School and Bishop Kelly High School. In 2007, Mrs. Skinner earned her Standard Catechist Certificate from the Diocese of Boise through Gonzaga University.
