Hi, my name is Tammy Emerich and I am excited to be named the next principal at St. Joe’s. I am a career educator and taught English for many years before becoming an administrator. I have been an administrator of Catholic Schools for the past nine years. The first half of my tenure as an assistant principal at Bishop Kelly High School and I have served as the St. Mary’s principal for the past four years. I am a cradle Catholic and come from a large Catholic family of seven. My faith is strengthened each day through prayer and having the amazing opportunity to work in a Catholic school setting with faith-filled faculty and amazing students and their families! Serving at St. Joe’s will help me continue on my faith journey! I am married to my amazing husband Mike and we are blessed with an incredible son, Joseph who currently attends Bishop Kelly. Joe attended St. Joe’s in middle school and he had a great experience there. He still speaks very fondly of his middle school teachers. I look forward to serving the St. Joe’s community; the faculty and staff, students, parents, pastor and school board members. Together, we can continue to strengthen all that St. Joe’s Catholic School has to offer.
